Cynthia is a Certified Fitness Trainer with a deep passion for overall health and wellness.

Cynthia has been an athlete since she was 5 years old. Beginning with Soccer and Basketball, she eventually fell in love with Volleyball. She played on highly competitive travel teams and was blessed to continue with her passion for the sport through college. During her years as an athlete, Cynthia experienced first-hand the maximum potential of a well-trained athletic body. After having her first child in 2012 and struggling with her own body image, Cynthia became intrigued by the positive effects proper nutrition had on the human body and has spent the last four years researching this nutrition/fitness balance. Her innate ability to inspire and motivate others to make positive changes in their lives is the driving force behind her passion and success. By experiencing the physical, mental and emotional impact of being an athlete and having two children, Cynthia has developed a deep gratitude for the human body and continuously pursues effective ways to maintain a healthy balance between family, work, health, and play. In 2015, she decided to leave her 40 hour/week desk job to educate others and focus on making the world healthier one person at a time.

From a young age Coach Charles always had a passion for sports and fitness. He played many sports in high school and college. From basketball to soccer, if it was competitive he wanted to play it.
Charles has been a certified personal trainer for four years and currently getting his degree in Health Sciences at the University of Central Florida. He has worked with people of every age, ethnicity and background you could think of.
Charles originally got his start working with his father at his Family practice as a health coach. His Father developed a wellness center alongside his practice, focusing on preventing illness such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity through nutrition and exercise.
Working with people from a functional perspective gave Charles a great understanding and knowledge of health alongside fitness. In time he would come to create my own personal boot-camp on the weekends. From helping a Grandmother learn to get out of a chair without using her hands or teaching an athlete how to properly breathe while performing a power clean, Coach Charles values helping people with their personal fitness goals.

He considers himself truly fortunate to have the opportunity working with an amazing franchise like Orange Theory and looks forward to meeting and getting to know everyone at Lake Nona!

Was born and raised in Honduras, when growing up about every other year we traveled to Orlando to visit family so this town has been familiar to me since I was a small child. Ever since I can remember I was always interested in sports, don't think I was really the type to do ballet, but I guess having the opportunity maybe I would I would have tried it.
After graduating from college with a Bachelors in Architecture, I moved to Orlando and joined the corporate work force with big downtown firms. Worked in my field about 10 years, then I decided that I wanted to make a change and since I always loved sports I decided to learn more about fitness and got my CPT in 2005. Then as I got more involved in that field, I still wanted to learn more, so I got certified in Crossfit thought it was a pretty interesting concept. Then in 2013 a friend introduced me to Orange Theory, and as I learned more about it, I knew it would be something great, so I decide to get trained to be an OTF coach. I loved it from the very first time I tried my first workout, and I knew that it would be a great way to make an impact in someone's life, to be able to help people, motivate them, get them on track to a healthier lifestyle, that is what I wanted to do and knew that could be good at helping others. So today 2 and half years later I continue to on my path to helping others, making new friendships, inspiring people to get healthy, and touching someone's life in a positive way. That is my motivation, that's why I love OTF, helping to build each other, helping to build friendships, helping to build a community and a family.
