Was born and raised in Honduras, when growing up about every other year we traveled to Orlando to visit family so this town has been familiar to me since I was a small child. Ever since I can remember I was always interested in sports, don't think I was really the type to do ballet, but I guess having the opportunity maybe I would I would have tried it. After graduating from college with a Bachelors in Architecture, I moved to Orlando and joined the corporate work force with big downtown firms. Worked in my field about 10 years, then I decided that I wanted to make a change and since I always loved sports I decided to learn more about fitness and got my CPT in 2005. Then as I got more involved in that field, I still wanted to learn more, so I got certified in Crossfit thought it was a pretty interesting concept. Then in 2013 a friend introduced me to Orange Theory, and as I learned more about it, I knew it would be something great, so I decide to get trained to be an OTF coach. I loved it from the very first time I tried my first workout, and I knew that it would be a great way to make an impact in someone's life, to be able to help people, motivate them, get them on track to a healthier lifestyle, that is what I wanted to do and knew that could be good at helping others. So today 2 and half years later I continue to on my path to helping others, making new friendships, inspiring people to get healthy, and touching someone's life in a positive way. That is my motivation, that's why I love OTF, helping to build each other, helping to build friendships, helping to build a community and a family.
